Quantum Leap
Built for the organizations League works with: the real workflows, agents, and results from embedding AI across every function of a regulated, PHI-handling healthcare business — so you can move further, faster.
Overview
AI is transformational — but only if you transform around it.
Quantum Leap is League's company-wide AI transformation — the program behind everything in this playbook. It launched in July 2025 with a single mandate: rebuild how every team works around AI, not simply hand out tools. In the ten months since, AI has moved from concept to operating reality across every function — AI-assisted workflows are now everywhere in how we work, with a growing number of autonomous agents running in production. Not a pilot at the edges of the business, but a full-scale deployment across a regulated, PHI-handling company that must hold its compliance bar while moving fast.
The lesson we hold with conviction: tools alone can only change so much. The teams seeing step-change returns are the ones that rebuilt how work flows around the technology — when AI accelerates a step, everything around it has to speed up to match: decision cycles compress, teams get more nimble and the org structure flattens so they can move faster, and the handoffs and approvals built for a slower era fall away. Where work is genuinely repeatable, we capture it once and share it across the company. We've learned what works, and we're going all in.
The Functional Playbooks
Four playbooks, organized by function and built for re-use. Each shows what the team built — with status and impact where measurable — and how they built it. Open any one for the full detail.
A Note on Where We Are
Every use case marked Live is in production. Every use case marked In development is actively being built. The program is just ten months old — and League gets more advanced every week.
Let's go deeper
If you're working through similar questions — how to sequence AI deployment in a regulated environment, how to build the knowledge infrastructure agents depend on, or how to hold a compliance bar while moving fast — we're glad to go deeper on any of it.
